Because we handle pharmaceutical products, wellness supplies, and sensitive laboratory compounds, our refund and return procedures are governed by strict safety and regulatory guidelines. 
Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Non-Returnable Items (Prescriptions & Chemicals)

Due to federal, state, and international health regulations regarding the safety and contamination risks of medical supplies, we cannot accept returns on the following items once they have left our dispensing facility:
    • Prescription medications and prescription tablets.
    • Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and supplements.
    • Women’s health products and sexual wellness items.
    • Research Chemicals: All sales of research compounds are final. Due to chemical stability and safety protocols, these cannot be returned or resold. 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the incorrect product, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. 
    • Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking link.
    • Required Proof: Please email our support team with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic proof of the damaged or incorrect packaging.
    • Resolution: Once verified, we will immediately ship a replacement or issue a credit to your original payment method. 

3. Order Cancellations

We process orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery.
    • You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped by our warehouse.
    • Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been handed over to the courier, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

4. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

We track all shipments to ensure safe arrival.
    • If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier but you have not received it, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim.
    • If a package is officially deemed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will reship your order at our expense or issue a full refund. 

5. Refund Processing Time

    • Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
    • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
